berangan = daydreaming


aku suka brangan. berangan boleh buat aku mimpi dlm sedar. bawak aku dlm satu dunia yg laen .yg mana aku sedar itu mustahil,tapi ia tetap realiti dlm dunia imaginasi aku.

kadang-kadang,orang2 besar selalu marah supaya jangan berangan. buang masa. tak memberi apa-apa faedah. lepas berangan apa yang kau dapat?? orang suruh buat keje tapi ko buang masa dok berangan ja?!!! you can do many work if you just do your f***ng work ! sit there ,grab your pen,read that encyclopedia!!! soon you can become a robot!!! live a happy live serving the freaking intolerable money maker!!!*emo*

TAPI ,sedar kah kamu bahawa berangan itu or 'daydreaming' itu mampu mengubah hidup kamu satu hari nanti wahai robot2 sekalian???.. kenapa?

1. it can relax your mind.

   simplest thing you can do if you want to overcome your stress. many people do it,even orang dewasa. it gives your mind to relax a for certain duration before return with a refreshed or renewed mind. hence you can refocus your mind to your objectives rather than what is happening around you.see?

2. helps you manage conflict. 

   sometimes people do berangan in order to manage conflict. how? time berangan tu, korang review certain or specific situation dalam kepala otak korang, so you can be prepared for any of occurrences. contoh, berangan rumah kene rompak, you can visualize segala possibilities scenarios untuk korang ready kalau jadi. 
3. boost up productivity. 

   kalau korang fikir balik masalah korang satu-satu. automatically, your mind will think of ways to solve those problem. together, naik kan semangat untuk buat keje or start doing the solution and will make you feel better overall. simple je, the better you feel, the more likely you are able to be productive. see?

4. improve creativity!!!!

   daydreaming can helps you organize thoughts which may lead you to a new perspective. tak kira la gila mana sekali pun, cos there is no boundaries of berangan. nama pun berangan kan~?. plus ther is some instances whre you can actually apply idea gila korang in a real life.

TAPI ! . harus ingat, semua benda pun ada pros and cons. berangan ni ada buruknya. only if you do it too much and in a wrong way la. berangan lebih2 boleh buat hilang focus gak~. kalau negative thoughts je yg ada dlm pala otak, pun susah gak.plus there is a research that suggesting that frequent daydreaming may be linked to alzheimer.(journal of neuroscience- washington university). 

maka nya kita yang ada akal fikiran ni,guna elok2 je lah~.
